Unwritten partnered with Flame Group to develop a commercially focused brand and visual identity for the B2B arm of the business.
Flame Group are well known in the region for their trade focussed brand, Flame Heating. They also operate a commercial division which specialises in delivering energy solutions across public and private sectors. Previously, all areas of the business functioned under the trade brand which wasn’t engaging to a commercial audience.
To raise awareness and grow the commercial arm of the business by understanding customer personas, developing consistent key messages, and creating a focussed marketing strategy to communicate the business offer and increase customer acquisitions.
Customer insight revealed that the commercial division needed to be positioned away from the B2C brand to better engage commercial prospects. The Flame Commercial Solutions brand and visual identity were created alongside a suite of key messages and marketing collateral to effectively reach a relevant B2B audience.
