Unwritten was tasked with creating a website that would help Tech North meet it’s business objectives and offer an outstanding user experience. The strategic aim was to support Tech North in defining key messages, encouraging a recognisable tone of voice that spoke to key buyer personas within each segment.
Before embarking on the creative and development work for the new website, Unwritten worked closely with the Tech North team to define 3 core personas. This strategic work allowed for the production of tailored content that went on to ignite a growth in user engagement rates, assisting in creating the Tech North community that is so valuable to the digital industry today.
