The Client
Sage is the market leader for integrated accounting, payroll and payment systems. Sage began a lot like many of its customers, as a small business, and is focused on helping other small to medium size businesses thrive. The organisation now has millions of customers and over 13,000 employees in 23 countries around the word.
The Objective
Sage was looking to appoint a creative agency that would do more than just reactively provide design work as requested. The software giant wanted a strategic partner who would actively offer ideas and recommendations on a number of projects, alongside key messaging that supported the needs of their customers.
The Outcome
Unwritten works closely with the internal brand and marketing teams at Sage, providing creative consultancy to improve customer engagement and drive inbound leads. We are awaiting final results on a number of projects, such as Sage One social campaign and footfall/sales conversion at the UK Business Show; however early indications are good, with events recording full capacity.
