Northumbrian Water saw a significant increase in bookings and enquiries since the launch of the 'Total Water Solutions' website and awareness campaign.

The Client

As part of Northumbrian Water Group, Total Water Solutions works in partnership with businesses nationwide to help them take control of their water usage with a fully managed solution. Using state-of-the-art metering technology, the company specialises in giving efficient insight into water usage across a broad range of industries.


The Objective

Unwritten was appointed to create a website alongside multiple printed assets that would push Total Water Solutions to the forefront of the water management industry. The aim was to create a visual identity and tone of voice that would go hand in hand to create a holistic branding strategy targeted at core buyer personas.

The Outcome

After creating the initial branding for ‘Total Water Solutions’, NWG brought Unwritten on board to design a visual identity that had the fluidity to be rolled out across a range of printed and digital materials. Through carrying out persona work, Unwritten created a content strategy alongside a website, an awareness campaign, brochures and press advertisements—all of which resulted in increased awareness of the sub-brand and a significant growth in enquiries.
